5. Shipping & Order Fulfillment

  • All local deliveries are fulfilled through our logistics partners, including PostEx.

  • Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier routing, weather conditions, or incorrect address submission by the customer.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require valid phone verification prior to dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds Your purchases, returns, and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Returns are processed through PostEx reverse pickup.

  • Refunds are processed by our finance team via direct bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa upon verified rider pickup, minus applicable delivery adjustments where specified in the Refund Policy.

  • We may provide you with access to third-party tools or payment gateways (e.g., PostEx tracking, third-party payment wallets) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
